I have worked as a psychotherapist therapist and coach for the last ten years. I am a Certified Pesso Boyden Therapist and have also successfully completed the Pesso Boyden Supervisor Training. I am so a Body Psychotherapist accredited to UKCP.
I work with a broad range of life issues including relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, family history and life fulfilment. Body psychotherapy is an integrative approach that works creatively with the body, thoughts and emotions.
I had careers in industry and consultancy for twenty years before becoming a psychotherapist, and now also work with business leaders on their personal development as a Visiting Fellow at the Cranfield School of Management.
I am approved to take clients from Aviva, Aetna Global, AXA PPP, Healix and Virality health insurers.
