The qualities Jon brings

A vital concern for modern organisations is how to create resilient, yet flexible, leaders in a world of rapidly increasing complexity and interconnectivity. This requires an ability to access the full range of human intelligences – emotional, physical, spiritual, imaginal, social and intellectual. Resilience and flexibility require a robust and conscious inner life as well as external knowledge and skills – Jon seeks to develop this capacity for inner exploration and perspective in his coaching clients, without which external activities can be hollow and lack both integrity and motivation.

Jon combines a deep awareness of integrative developmental techniques with many years’ experience of operating at a senior management level within organisations. His approach is both insightful and pragmatic, warmly appreciative and appropriately challenging, working in partnership with his clients to develop new and effective strategies for performance.

Among Jon’s current interests are the use of myth and story in leadership development.
