Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

Psychodynamic psychotherapy is the current generic term for the psychoanalytic approach to psychotherapy and the diverse forms of practice which have developed from that initial practice at the beginning of the 20th century.

These include: Psychoanalysis, Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, Jungian Analysis, Attachment-based Psychotherapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Relational Psychotherapy amongst others.

We offer many of these forms of psychotherapy in the practice; ultimately these approaches are founded in the tradition started by Freud and Jung and focus upon work with unconscious material.
