Jordana Ickowicz

I am a UKCP accredited Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist offering short and long term therapy. to individuals seeking to explore their emotional and psychological challenges. I have an MSc in Psychoanalytic Developmental Psychology and have a background in working with new parents.

My thinking is based around the psychodynamic idea that our unconscious mind remembers and repeats the patterns of early relating that can potentially leave us feeling stuck and unhappy with life and relationships. Therapy is an opportunity to think about how we live and how we love, through the understanding of where we find ourselves .

I offer a safe and non-judgemental thinking space to explore the difficulties that might be causing anxiety and distress - we will begin to ask questions about why this might be.
