Psychotherapist & Group Analyst

I trained as a group analyst and cognitive analytic therapist. I was a
consultant adult psychotherapist in the NHS and head of the
psychotherapy service at a major London teaching hospital for 20
years. I retired from the NHS 5 years ago and now have a small private
practice at Number 42.( Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings.)

I have a long experience of working with groups and individuals.(long
and short-term). I also undertake organisational consultancy,
reflective practice group work with staff teams and group supervision
for psychotherapists and other mental health/social care
professionals. I am interested in group dynamics, containment and
contextual safety in the workplace and have contributed several book
chapters and papers on the understanding and application of these in
practice.
