I have a legal and business background having worked in the City for 16 years before qualifying as a Psychotherapist. I practise Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and have a qualification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
As an Executive Coach, I offer coaching to help and resolve issues which arise in the work- place. Examples of the areas in which I work are career change; business or corporate reorganization; disputes and relationships; managing redundancy; assistance with involvement in court proceedings or bankruptcy.
