As a former CEO, with more than 20 years managing, leading and supervising within the health and charity sector, I offer clients the benefit of a wealth of transformation experience. On a one-to-one level, I’ve worked with individuals representing the diversity of society; from nurturing the most marginalized to maximising the potential of future leaders. On a collective level, building strong and supportive teams is a passion. Only through effective communications can we understand our own processes, develop unique perspectives and create positive working environments.
The coaching I offer provides a space to think, reflect and be. We will work towards finding clarity and resolution. My qualifications are a PG Cert in Business Coaching, accredited work place mediator, couples counseling for depression and I have been an acupuncturist since 2002.
